Fairy Ceri

Ceri's easy spirit is reflected in this cocktail. With its cheerful color and champagne, it is something that everybody enjoys. Nobody knows Ceri's magical touch, and she was not willing to share. But I'm sure you will still love Fairy Ceri.

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

5 raspberries

1 oz elderflower liqueur

3 oz champagne

2 oz soda water

crushed ice

1 crush 4 raspberries in a champagne coupe.

2 add the elderflower liqueur, champagne and soda water.

3 add a little crushed ice.

4 use the last raspberry for garnish.
